authors accepted invite but are showing as waiting and cant edit

  I have sent invitations to authors for my blog, they have accepted invites and signed up but are still showing as waiting in my user list and cannot add a post. How long does this take once they accept invite? I was there with them and they followed all the required steps.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What are the usernames of those who accepted the invitation please? I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Hi there,

  Can you please have those users try the following steps?

  1. Log in to their WordPress.com account
  2. Open the invitation email and click on the “Accept Invitation” button
  3. If that doesn’t work, copy the link at the bottom of the invitation email and paste it into the address bar in their web browser

  This should complete the process so they will be added as users on your site. Please let me know if you have any additional trouble with this!
