Authors Widget and New Theme

  I am attempted to relocate an author that no longer blogs with us from the active authors widget to a text widget I have set up as past contributors. I have removed the author as an author, but he still appears on the side bar.

  Also, I am considering upgrading the blog theme to a premium theme — “Newsy.” Can you tell me how many other blogs use this theme. I do not want to purchase a theme that is overused.

  I’m seeing 6 Authors in the sidebar widget, just like your users page. Can you please try clearing out your cache?
