  1. How do I automatically back up my blog? theadvnt.wordpress.com?
  2. I don’t PLUG-IN Installation capabilities.
  I’m trying to install a custom widget from RewardStyle.com. Can I add the generated custom widget IFRAME Code to a module in my custom widget section?

  WordPress.com makes all your back ups for you, but you can export your site content (posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags) at any time by following this Support doc on Export: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
