AUTO PAYMENT ERROR???

I need to speak with someone about auto payments on that account. I did not know it was taking money from my PayPal account twice a year! I have not been able to use this account since it was set up because the pandemic hit, hurricanes hit at about the same time in Louisiana and I had to leave everything and evacuate to Oregon! I am STILL trying to find housing and a job! I am living out of storage and my van, doing grocery delivery for Instacart when I can, and had JUST BARELY enough from that to pay my storage in a few days!! I just looked and WORDPRESS had taken it all!! I am in a panic about this, can you PLEASE reverse all those payments so I can at least keep what I have left in storage? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE??!!!
