auto renew

  Hello,

  on 18th of June I received an e-mail that WordPress.com Personal plan and domain mapping on my site ‘cinergeia.com’ will renew automatically in 30 days.

  The thing is that I don’t want to continue with wordpress, so I request that there is no auto-renewal and therefore no subsequent charge.

  After you reassure me that there will be no auto-renewal and charge, I will close my account. Thanks a lot.

  You can cancel your Auto-renewal on the “Purchases page”

  Please check this following link:

  Hi there,

  You can disable auto-renew or cancel your upgrades at any time as long as you’re logged into the account that owns the upgrade. But the account you’re using to post here is not the owner of that site or the connected plan and domain.

  Please log out of this account, and log back in as the username, serafeim97. Then you’ll be able to cancel these upgrades from the Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Please reply here as that account if you need any more help with this.

  Once you plan gets expire, if you wish to close the account then follow the instructions on this page https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
