Auto renew

  I really cannot afford the auto renewal I understand this is my own fault for forgetting about the account but I received no emails reminding me that this was going to happen. Is there anything we can do to cancel this charge? It will put me in a debt that I simply cannot afford right now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  These are sent 30 days ahead of a renewal being processed which is actually 60 days before the renewal would occur. We send additional notifications when/if the auto renewal fails, like an expired card on file for example.

  Double check that you’re looking at the email address that is associated with your account. It’s the one at https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  I can certainly take a look at the charge and evaluate a potential refund. There aren’t any upgrades on this account you’re using here though. I need to know the site URL that you were billed for so we can take a closer look.
