Auto renew and refund

    I’m really disappointed to discover WordPress have auto renewed my subscription with no pre-warning nor notification until the payment was taken.
    And now I’ve discover a full refund will not be issued when I requested the service cancelled. Very annoyed and disappointed by such poor customer service…what a rip-off !

    I am not sure why you were not given a full refund, I will have to dig into that a bit more.

    In the meantime, I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
