  I would like to cancel my auto-renew for my domain.

  I have looked at my account and are not given a option to disable auto-renew.

  I was given an email.

  I have went to my purchases but it shows that nothing was purchased.

  That domain was purchased under a different account than the one you’re writing us from.
  You will need to log out and log back in using the correct email address to be able to manage your purchases.
  Check which email address that notification was sent to, and use that one to log in.
