Auto renewal

  I have multiple domains, and I DON’T want VideoPress upgrade on any of my domains, including randyseaver.com; lamotheave.wordpress.com. I just want the basic renewal for randyseaver,com without any upgrades but I don’t see that option.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The only site in your account is http://lamotheave.wordpress.com, and you don’t own any upgrades for that site.

  The domain randyseaver.com belongs to the username, randyseaver. You’ll need to log out of the lamotheave account and log in as randyseaver. Then you’ll be able to cancel the VideoPress upgrade via the Purchases page:
