  How do I turn off auto renewal?

  Hi there,

  For what upgrade do you want to disable automatic renewal? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

  It’s possible to disable auto-renew on any upgrade that’s past the refund period from the Purchases page, but you have to be logged into the account that owns the upgrade in question to do that.
