Auto Renewal

    Hi! I’d like to update my credit card details for renewing a custom domain I originally purchased on wordpress – the website is hosted on a different server. I can’t seem to access auto-renewal information when I log in on wordpress. If you could let me know what the easiest avenue to update the information is, that would be great! It expires in December. Thanks so much.

    What is the domain?

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here was created in January 2019, owns no sites or domains with us, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    Only the account that owns a particular upgrade can renew or modify payment information for that upgrade.
