Auto renewal and cancelling

    My old domain has auto renewed which I didn’t want. I followed the link to update renewal settings but it says I don’t have any accounts. So I left it but have now been charge £51. I wish to cancel this domain and wordpress.com personal site, but haven’t been able to fiind how as they’re not listed on my account?
