Auto renewal of domain mapping without any warning or notification!

  My domain mapping was on auto-renewal without my notice. WordPress did not give me any notification as in it is going to renew or expire in so many days and simply renewed it. It just sends me one email informing me my card is charged 12$ and it’s renewed for a year. I had even forgotten about this thing. We love Word-press but auto-renewal policies like this where you keep it checked while registering without the user even knowing it and then charging the card and THEN informing SUCKS.

  YOur notification email does not include anywhere as in where to go to do something about it, which account is been used, which credit card is charged! I had to hunt for each one of these things and got it after wasting 2h ours.

  We run a web design company and have so many blogs to keep track of. How are we supposed to guess what you are talking about?

  I would really appreciate if you can revert the payment and cancel this service. I DO NOT WANT this service.

  Wow! This is great. Super-fast, too! I really appreciate it.

  Frankly, we love word-press more than any other CMS. If a few things like this can be corrected, it will be unbeatable.
