    Please go through your email and look for the receipt that we sent as part of that renewal. In that email it will say which site was connected to the renewal. Share those details with us here so we can help you find the right account and process a refund.

    You’re going to want to sign in at WordPress.com using the email address where that receipt was delivered as well.
