Auto Renewed Refund

    Hi,
    I did not receive an email reminding me of renewal. Noticed charge to bank account and followed instructions on how to ask for refund. No charge is listed under manage purchases but I was charged for domain and personal account. Do not want to renew and would like refund, how else can I do this if charges are not listed as mentioned?

    The account you’re using to post here only owns the free site, http://penguinjai.wordpress.com/, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    If you’ve received a charge, it was for another site in a different WordPress.com account. Do you own any other sites in another account for which this could be?
