Automatic Account Renewal – No Way to Access Account/No WordPress Support

I setup a website last year with a company email I no longer have access to and has been since deactivated. Because of that I’m unable to access my account and despite submitting two account recovery forms have received zero feedback over the last 2-3 weeks. My credit card has been charged for this years renewal but the site has since been hosted elsewhere and there is no need for it but I’m unable to get any support to rectify the billing. Any support the WordPress team can offer to get this rectified is appreciated. Happy to provide more information as needed.
