Automatic ban of harmless site and reviewer refused to even look at the site

About 6 months ago, I made a site https://mybutterflymon.wordpress.com/ to detail my experience with PayPal. The site was a backup of my Quora post. Two days ago, when I logged into the site, it was suddenly suspended. I appealed and got a reply that it was because of spam. I asked the person to look at my site, but this was denied. My site is a handwritten post about my experience, complete with screenshots. I know the site is not spam, so either PayPal told WordPress to take it down or it’s a bug.
I’m only posting this here because this may be a bug with WordPress and someone should look into it. Also, kinda upset that the reviewer didn’t even bother to look at my site to review the auto ban.

Suspended sites are never discussed on this public forum. To contact the TOS-team, you must follow the link of the mentioned support document to contact the TOS-team.

I did contact the TOS-team, but they don’t even look at my site. They are saying that my site is spam when it’s obviously not. I have used WordPress for a long time without any issue. I even publicly supported Matt over WP Engine. It’s hard to believe that my site is banned and WP support doesn’t even bother looking at it.
This is why I posted here. If someone looks at my site, they can tell in a minute that it’s genuine site (it’s the same at the Quora post I mentioned earlier).
