automatic billing

    You guys billed me this morning for $15 and $5, for a domain registration and domain mapping. I DO NOT WANT THESE CHARGES! You do NOT have permission from me to automatically charge my account! If these charges are not removed IMMEDIATELY i will stop using your products and take my frustrations to Twitter. Thank You. [phone number redacted]

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    Thanks Darnell. I’m not sure because I signed in with the email that was sent the bill. Also I don’t think I have cards on file at WP, so I don’t know how my credit card info is even in there.

  • I will need to find the account that was charged in order to remove the charges – and I will also need confirmation from the account owner to do so. What were the charges for? Is there a domain URL that was renewed? If so, that would be very helpful for me to find the charge.

    These are unauthorized charges. I am the owner of the account(s). I need this resolved immediately, I am at work and this is a major inconvenience

  • Again, I would be happy to assist you in refunding the charges but cannot if I do not know where to find them. They are not connected to the account that you are contacting us from – they must be under another account. Do you have another account – or did you pay for another user’s upgrade in the past?

    When you set up your upgrade for purchase, the payments are set up to auto renew unless you disable it yourself:

    The link I provided in the previous post should give you information in regards to the charges. If you provide me the transaction ID, I can definitely process the refund for you.
