Automatic billing

I have been billed for another annual subscription automatically although I was unaware that this would be billed automatically. I am am non longer using this site and would like a refund but I am struggling to see where I can contact WordPress directly..? has anyone had this experience and able to assist? Many thanks, Ben

We’re not seeing any subscriptions or payments on this account. Perhaps you have a different WordPress.com account where the subscription renewal took place?
If you believe the charge was from us, please fill out the form on this page: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
After you enter the charge details, you will see the option to send billing support a message. Please do that and we’ll get back to you via email with more information regarding the payment/subscriptions.
