Automatic link generators?

  Is there a plugin that will automatically generate link and point them to other sites each time a specified keyword appearss in content? Drupal has that and also Joomla

  Another question, isWordpress.org a totally different site? This login does not work there

  We do not have plugins at wordpress.com. They do have plugins at wordpress.org. WordPress.org is an entirely different site that runs on different software than we do.
