Automatic payment

    I recently had an amount deducted from my Credit Card for a wordpress plan. When I went into check the receipt the query returned ‘ no receipt found’. I am now at a loss how I can check the details

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
