Automatic renewal?

  Hi, I just got an email saying my account is getting renewed soon, but I thought I cancelled my membership/account weeks ago as I cant afford to keep paying, especially since I never really used it either. If I havnt actually cancelled it how do I cancel it? My acount WAS thewanderlusttravels.com. Thank you.

  The domain, thewanderlusttravels.com, belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here – it looks like you created the megandeb972b105dcb just a few minutes before posting this forum thread.

  thewanderlusttravels.com has definitely not been cancelled on our end, but we won’t process any payments until early June, as mentioned in the email.

  Log out of the megandeb972b105dcb account, and then log back in using the email address at which you received the renewal notice. If you don’t remember the password for the other account, you can request a password reset here:

  Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to cancel the plan on that site from the Purchases page, or comment here as the correct account and we’ll be happy to do it for you.
