Automatic Renewal

    I received an email that my account will automatically be renewed within 30 days at $96. I don’t want to renew and definitely not pay for something I’m not using. When I click on ‘Manage Your Account’ it is stated that now upcoming charges are found. What is going on? I don’t want to be charged for anything.

    Hi there, which site are you being billed for?

    The only site I see under this account is a staging site at Bluehost. Did you perhaps purchase a jetpack plan for that site?

    Is it possible you own a WPcom site under a different account that is connected to the email address where you received the renewal notice?
