Automatic renewal alert

I just received an email alerting me that my tomrigoli.com domain will automatically renew on MarcH 18, 2019. I believe this is in error as I canceled my subscription. However, I may wish to reactivate it if all the content that was entered on my domain in the past can be retrieved. If not, I wish to reaffirm the cancellation of my subscription. Please advise ASAP.

The account you’re using to post here was only created yesterday, and have never owned any sites or upgrades with us.
The domain, tomrigoli.com, is mapped to a WordPress.com site that belongs to a completely different account. I see no indication that the account that owns that upgrade has ever attempted to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel that upgrade, please log out of this new account you created, and log back in using the email address at which you received the renewal notification. Then comment here or you’ll be able to cancel the upgrade yourself from the Purchases page:
