Automatic renewal & cancellation

    Hi,

    I received an email on June 19th 2018 for the automatic renewal of my WordPress plan purchased in June 2017.
    Could you please confirm if the automatic renewal happened and let me know where to cancel the plan?
    I’ve followed the instructions on your help page but I can’t locate the button on the site.
    Can you also please confirm if I will receive any money back (I suppose the current plan runs until June 2019)?

    Hi there,

    The last payment I can see on your account was on 12 June 2017, and you don’t currently have any active upgrades on your account. That payment was for a premium plan and domain, missingpiecesantiques.com.

    The plan was removed from your site on 19 June, and the domain on 7 September. It looks like the domain has already passed through Redemption, and is no longer registered with us.
