Automatic renewal – not wanted but can;t figure out how to cancel.

    I received a message ‘WordPress.com Premium for xxxxxxx.wordpress.com will be renewed automatically’. I do not use WordPress and do not wish to renew anything.

    I do not even know what ‘account’ this might refer to.

    How does one actually contact WordPress about such a thing?

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling auto renew. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling auto renew.
