Automatic renewal or not

  I received an email for automatic domain renewal, which I would like to cancel.

  But when I came into see the upgrade section of my dashboard, it seems to be already expiring and not enabling to renewal.

  I’m not sure which one is right, is it gonna automatic renewal or not renew at all?

  I would like to cancel this domain, could you please check and proceed?

  Your domain thongkong.net does not have auto renew enabled, so it won’t be automatically renewed. Sorry for the confusion! Right now, it is set to expire on October 15, 2014.

  Would you still like to cancel that domain now? Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of the domain name, and there’s no guarantee it will become available for you to register again in the future.

  If you’re sure you want to cancel the domain now, just let me know and I can take care of that for you.

  I’m actually using another domain with different ID already.
