Automatic Update to 5.9.3 Cannot Log Into WordPress

After automatic update I cannot sign into my WordPress site. I tried the items in the email they sent me but cannot figure out what to do. Get this error: There has been a critical error on this website. Check site admin email which I did, however I do not know how to fix this problem.
