  Hello,

  I send you an email because this blog is for my grand father but he doesn’t speak english.
  So, I need to know if he must pay 18$ himselfas you second email seems to said or if this is an automatically renewd with charged of 18$ for him (and he doesn’t have to do anything) like your first mail seems to said.

  Can you make an asnswer to him in french ?

  The renewal depends on how your Grandfather set things up – if he looks at

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> He will see a list of all his upgrades and on the right side it will show the renewal status and tell him if the Auto Renew has been enabled – if Auto Renew is enabled there will also be an option to Renew Now – if the Auto Renew is not enabled there will be a Renew Now option

  Upgrades with Auto Renew enabled renew 30 days before they expire so if there is a problem there is time to correct any problems
