Automatically Share WordPress Blogs on Google Page

  Hello guys,

  Is it possible to automatically share all my WordPress-Posts on a Google+ Page? If no, are there other ways like IFTT, SMS or eMail?

  I am sure, this question was answered a couple of times but I couldn’t find ‘current’ answers for it.
