Automatically Upload Photos

Under the weather tab, we are trying to upload a custom graph of the weather using our own custom software to show the live weather on the island. Our weather software takes the data collected every 10 seconds and makes it into a picture of a graph that is instantly uploaded to a dropbox. Is there a way for WordPress to automatically look into the dropbox and pull the most recent graph picture and upload it to the website? Thanks!
The site I need help with is web.colby.edu/allenisland/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
