  I wonder if wordpress has autoresponder features if someone for example sends a support application through one support form

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com contact form forwards to your own email address, so if you want to send an automated response, you can do that directly in your email account, provided your email provider has such a feature.

  Otherwise, you’d need to use a contact form plugin that includes that functionality. Using plugins on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan.
