  I have bought avada theme but it doesnt load

  Hey there,

  What site are you wanting to install the theme on? Custom themes can only be uploaded on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:

  https://wordpress.com/business/

  They are usually used for WordPress.org installs which run on different software.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If you do not want to go with the Business Plan but want to stay with WordPress.com, the good news is that WordPress.com has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
