I current use the free download of wordpress and create my own sites. I’m considering the business package offered at wordpress.com but had a few questions about what is available.
1. Can I create emails for my staff using the web site domain added through my wordpress account?
2. Is an ftp site available with the business subscription?
3. Can I have more than one different web site on the same business account, each with different domains, or do I need to pay for a new account for each domain/web site? -
There are many differences between having a site hosted at WordPress.com and doing your own thing with the WordPress.org software. WordPress.com doesn’t offer email hosting directly but see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/
WordPress.com doesn’t allow ftp but see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
An upgraded WordPress.com plan would only apply to one site although additional domain addresses could be mapped to that same site.
