Avatar Set Up

Greetings,
I play on godville.net and used to have my photo as an avatar. A couple of years later, the avatar disappeared even though the photo was still there, on Gravatar. I re-set the image, but it’s not working. Moreover, I uploaded a different image. It is shown on Gravatar under my email account but not in godville.net. All the other accounts do work though.
Please advise me on how to eventually set it up.

That’s something the people who run godville.net will have to help you with. That site is not hosted on our servers, so we have no control over how any aspect of that site works, including how they integrate with the Gravatar service.
The only thing I can think of is to check the rating of your Gravatar image – if the rating is set higher than the rating allowed on that site, the image won’t appear.

Oh, got you. However, the same image worked on a different godville account. So that means I’ve got to ask them for help?

Correct. It could be as simple as that they just need to clear the site’s cache, as Gravatars are often cached which could cause images to not update. But only the people who run the site have the ability to do that.
