Avia Layout Not Working
-
Hello!
I’m trying to enable Avia Layout for a new page on my organization’s website, but it won’t show up even though I’ve enabled the plug-in. All I can see is Yoast SEO. Please let me know if you have a solution!
Thank you :)
All best,

Hi Aakanksha –
Sounds like you’re set up using the open source WordPress software rather than WordPress.com.

Hi there,
Since your site isn’t hosted here, we do not have access to your account. To read about the difference, please visit our support page:
As staff-zinnia mentioned, the WordPress.org community forums would be the best place to receive assistance: http://wordpress.org/support/forums

Hi Darnell,
Appreciate the response. I’m having trouble understanding how to make the switch to WordPress.com and how it would affect our website.
I am also unable to login to access the forums on WordPress.org because it shows me this message: “ERROR: There is no account with that username or email address” even though I am using the correct username. Please let me know what I can do to get this issue resolved ASAP.
All best,

Hi there,
In order to move your content from your WordPress.org hosted site to WordPress.com, please visit our support pages here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-com
I wanted to see why you are wanting to make the switch from self-hosted over to WordPress.com? Is it SEO related? Just want to make sure that this move would best help you accomplish what you’re trying to do with your site.
I am also unable to login to access the forums on WordPress.org because it shows me this message: “ERROR: There is no account with that username or email address” even though I am using the correct username.
That forum isn’t connected to your WordPress.com account nor the login name of the WordPress.org site you’re trying to access. You’ll need to create a new account if you have never logged into https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
before.Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,

Hi Darnell,
It turns out that the layout builder is specific to the commercial theme we have installed, so I have reached out on their forum.
I’m not quite sure about the switch, just looking into it. I’m not totally sure how it’s relevant, but it was mentioned in the first response I got. I’m having trouble understanding the key differences between self-hosted to WordPress.com, and how that relates to the issues I’m having with the Avia Layout plugin and our theme.
All best,

Hi there,
I see. Plugins like The Avia Layout plugin is used exclusively for self-hosted WordPress sites (like the one you are currently using) unless you purchase the Business Plan with us here:
It doesn’t seem like that is necessary to migrate your site based off of what you are trying to do, so I’d see what the plugin developers say – they are best suited to assist you.
Thanks,
