Avoiding up on doubling up on media on a page

  I am trying to add a media item to a page – in the form of a ‘button’, but not in the ‘file download’. However, when I create ii as a ‘button’ download it is also adds it under the file downloads section; thus double on the website page. How do I avoid this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
