awaiting email change confirmation

I’m the owner of http://www.biltrec.com but I was not able to log in it thrugh here. By the way,, I’ve changed the email were I would lik to receive new contacts and I’m still awaiting for the confirmation email I’m suposed to receive in my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) but no email received ever so.. what’s worng?

biltrec.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Arsys, rather than WordPress.com:
The login details for that account are stored on Arsys servers so please contact them for help if the confirmation email isn’t coming through — they will be able to check whether it was successfully sent from their servers. It would be also be checking the spam folder in case it has gone there.
