Back end changed? Can’t find forms or correct pages for my site.
-
I had been using Beaver Builder to edit pages, but it seems in an update I am unable to locate the correct pages on our actual outward facing website. For example, we have a Donate Page from an old version of our website that is no longer published, and a Donate page that is our current outward facing page, but I can only find the old version to edit… where has my other page gone? In this back end update, I am also unable to locate and edit any of our forms.

What is the URL of your site as it looks your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org.

https://superkidsfoundation.org/ is our URL. I am confused though because I have always logged into wordpress.com … I’m not sure why it would look different now.

Hi there!
That domain used to be registered with WordPress.com and connected to your site superkidsfoundation.wordpress.com.
Now, it is hosted by GoDaddy, and to access it, you’ll want to go to https://superkidsfoundation.org/wp-admin.Here, on WordPress.com, you still have the free site, which is probably the old version of the site you have hosted elsewhere.
You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
