    we moved our domain to a new host and now I can’t get into my site. I seems as if it has been erased.

    You’ll need to contact your new host if you’re unable to log into the WordPress.org site they host. We can only help with WordPress.com sites in this forum.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

    For help with logging WordPress.org sites, you must contact the hosting company. You can also post on the WordPress.org support forum, but ultimately, you need to contact the hosting company, as the site and its files are hosted on their servers.
