Back Up website

    Can you guys help me with backing my website because I dont have access to the hosting and therefore I dont have access to the WP-admin and I want to back it up before trying anything changes for the new era.

    What is the URL of the site you need help with?

    Making your own backups is not possible for sites hosted on WordPress.com, but we keep full backups of all sites on our servers should there be a critical failure that causes data loss.

    If you’re speaking of a WordPress site that’s hosted somewhere else, we’re not able to help you. In that case you’ll need to contact your hosting provider for the access you need to make your own backups, or use a plugin to do this.
