  My website doesn’t seem to be loading content and when I go onto the wp-admin its just looks like a ftp ?

  If you’re still seeing a screen that looks like an FTP interface, then I suggest contacting your host. If the issue is related to your WordPress installation, then you can post in the WordPress.org support forums:
