Backend office

    Hello, I have a live website which is http://www.flaunt-ankara.com. It was created by a third party and I paid them the hosting and domain fee for a year. I would however like to transfer the domain and hosting to WordPress and log into the site through a backend office myself as I currently do not have access to it. Unfortunately, the third party is refusing to give me the log in information and I do not know how to retrieve the information. What are my options? Regards.

    Hi there,

    You’ll have to contact the hosting provider of that site for help with this. That site is using the open source WordPress software, hosted by https://www.liquidweb.com

    That site has not connection whatsoever to WordPress.com, which is a hosting provider like Liquid Web, and we have no way of helping you regain access to that site.
