    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to install plugins on a free WordPress.com site like yours, but you also don’t need that to migrate your content to another host. You can download an export file for all content on your site from My Site ->Settings ->Export:

    Export Your Website’s Content

    It’s not possible to do a full-site backup/download of a WordPress.com site like you can do with a stand-alone installation.
