  Hello, I’ve been trying to do a backup of my site but unfortunately it doesn’t finish all of the files that I have checked off. Help!

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking? The only way to create a “backup” of a WordPress.com site is by exporting the content, and there hasn’t been any recent exports of http://majorinnovation.home.blog/. That site is also empty, so there’s nothing to export.

  If you’re trying to make a backup of a stand-alone WordPress site at another hosting provider, please contact that hosting provider directly for help with this.
