Backup and Update

    Hello,

    I am trying to backup our site so that we can perform an update and other necessary functions. I attempted to backup using what information I could find online but am receiving this message when I begin to run the backup: Logs folder /data/25/2/147/147/2147636/user/2357065/htdocs/wp-content/backwpup-fafd0-logs/ does not exist and cannot be created. Please create it and set proper write permissions.

    Please advise how I should proceed.

    I do not see any sites under your @kaylamooregop WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
