  Here at WordPress.com, we take the security of your site’s data pretty seriously, including a robust system of redundant backups for all the sites we run. From that standpoint, you needn’t worry about backing up your site; we’ve got that covered.

  However, because our backups are made at the server level (and include many sites/accounts together), we don’t have a mechanism for preparing individual backups for sites.
