Backup restore failure

  Hi,

  my website: ‘https://pathos.solutions’ has encountered a problem where I couldn’t restore backup from the server.
  – I’ve tried to download the backup file and reupload it to wordpress for restoration which it has failed to locate the files
  – I’ve also tried to upload my backup file from my computer to the site to try to initiate the restoration but it has also failed.

  Additionally, I’ve also called ‘godaddy’ but they couldn’t provide any help and has referred me here.

  Please kindly advise, much appreciated.
