    I am trying to find a backup point as I have made a change to the site and cannot figure out what the change was and it changed the appearance of the site. So, I am trying to back it up to the point that change was made.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     It’s also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we won’t be able to assist with this.

    I recommend contacting your hosting provider’s support, as they may have a backup of your account they can restore: https://www.godaddy.com/help
