  Hello, I wish to cancel entirely the payment which I have just realized. Seen as the amount was specified, I thought that it was about centimes of euros. Yet(now), on the receipt, it was about tens of euros. How may I make to cancel all this?

  This thread has already been tagged “modlook” by someone for staff to assist in due course. Have you tried following these instructions though? https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
  Note you can only request a refund within 30 days of purchasing an upgrade (and 48 hours for domains).

  @letempsduninstantweb it looks like you’re owed a domain refund as well as a plan refund. I’ve pushed that through for you. Cheers!
